Fairway Condominium Development Ltd. is a development company formed in 2019 to rehabilitate and refurbish the property known as the Fairway Condominiums, located on Zenway Boulevard in Frigate Bay, St. Kitts, Caribbean.
88 Purchasers will receive a share in the Fairway Condominiums, which will operate as a boutique hotel.
Total cost (all-in) US$285,000.00 for a single applicant.
Each Purchaser will have the right to apply for a St. Kitts and Nevis Passport and Citizenship for Life. Purchasers can add passports and citizenship for a spouse and financial dependants for additional fees.
The financial projections anticipate a US Dollar ROI of up to 8% per annum to each Purchaser. Purchasers can retain their real estate investment and ROI indefinitely or take advantage of a built-in exit strategy after 7 years. Each Purchaser will also receive a seven (7) day complimentary stay each year for as long as they retain the real estate investment.

The condominium units will be surrounded by lushly landscaped outdoor spaces and amenities, including a pool, cabana, outdoor washroom, and covered barbecue pit/with grilling, and will operate as a boutique hotel for the discerning traveller.
Site clearing began in April 2021, and the revised construction schedule (which was impacted by COVID and related supply chain issues) anticipates substantial completion by the end of December 2022 and full operation by spring, 2023!
